All or none principle states that a single muscle fiber or nerve cell will spike an action potential only if the threshold is reached. Any stimulus lower than the threshold will notspike action potential in the cell.If the threshold is reached or more, then the action potential generated will be of maximum amplitude.
Remember that this principle is applicable to single skeletal and single nerve cell and whole cardiac muscle( as auricles and ventricles behave as a single unit).
IT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO WHOLE SKELETAL MUSCLE.
So answer is (B)
