Q. Define biotechnology. How is it the manufacture of insulin ?

Applied biology and its applications, particularly in the field o MIcro Biology and Permacology and others is called Biotechnology. Insulin is procuded by theß-cells of Islets of langerhans of the pancreas. It is extracted from the pancreas of the monkey & apes.
