At after the puberty stage of life is oogenesis initiated in human female.
When oocyte change in to graffin follicle. The process of oogenesis is complete.

Oogenesis is initiated in a female during embryonic development itself .but it completes after fertilization

Oogenesis start in embryonic stage of Human female.Oogenesis is the process by which the female gametes, or ova, are created. Then female gamete is called an ovum. This fact that Oogenesis is completed in fallopian tube of the female usually after the sperm has entered the secondary oocyte for fertilization.
