Even though there are very well known oncoviruses and only one bacterium known to be pathogenic anc cancerous. Only bacterium known to cause cancer is Helicobacter pylori. Mycobacterium isnt cancerous. Option 4 is ruled out automatically because there is no such virus. LAV is HIV virus which is can cause cancer indirectly. It has been seen that people suffering from Kaposi sarcoma( cancer form) are HTLV-III/LAV affected.
Herpes zoster virus causes shingles. There are other Herpes virus that can cause cancer but not this one.
