Hi Prashant,
Good question.
All arteries end into capillaries but not veins.
Veins are connected to lymphatic system not to tissue directly.
below is the flow diagram of fluid from tissues to veins.
Tissue→Lymphatic system→Lymphatic vessels→Veinules→ veins
