There are many drugs which helps us to over come alcoholism , 
i am naming 2 drugs here – they are NALTREXONE , AND ANTABUSE . 
ANTABUSE WILL REDUCE THE effect of alcohol , but naltrxone will only decrease the desire to drink alcohol . 
Yes , increase ADH secretion is an effect of alcoholism , 
and alcoholism can cause a severe damage to the liver of the person by binding with the liver receptor .
