Dear student
Pancreas is a gland which produces digestive juices as well as hormones. Therefore it is both Exocrine and Endocrine Gland.
There are cuboidal shaped cells called as acinar cells which produces the juices containing many digestive enzymes like Pancreatic Amylase( Carbohydrate digesting enzyme), Trypsinogen, Chymotrypsinogen, Procarboxypeptidase( Protein digesting enzymes) and lipase( Fat digesting enzyme).

The bile juice and pancreatic juice enter the duodenum. There is a valve like structure which is a muscular sphincter called as Sphincter of ODDI present at the junction of bile duct and pancreatic duct. I hope you understand that only when this Sphincter will relax then both the juices will be able to enter duodenum.

There are endocrine cells known as Islets of Langerhans which produce hormones like insulin, glycogen etc directly into blood. Insulin maintains blood glucose level. Glycogen whereas acts in oppposite to insulin. It increases Glycogen beakdown into glucose. It raises blood glucose level.
