There is ‘stomochord’ present which is similar to the notochord. Also, a dorsal nerve chord is present in addition to small ventral nerve chord.

Hemichordates do not posses notochord thats why it is different from chordates which posses notochord.please approved me

Hemichordate have notochord in their embryonal condition after which it changes to other form. I hope it will help you

Hemichordates have notochord in their embryonic stage but as they grow it disappears. Therefore we can conclude that they show retrogessive development in context to notochord

No.. hemischordates where removed from chordates due to this reason they have notochord like structure but it is not notochord but do remember they have pharyngeal gill slits.Radha
