For length of DNA with 100 base pairs = distance between two base pairs * 100

One single turm of DNA has 10 bp =34 Amstrongs.
Thus dist. Between 2 base pairs= 3.4 Amsgtrongs.
 
Thus, length of DNA with 100 base pairs
100 × 3.4 = 340 Amstrongs.
