Lymphatic system of the body consists of various tissues and organs. The main function of the lymphatic system is to store and carry white blood cells which help to balance fluid levels and immunity against diseases. A lymphatic system comprised ofbone marrow, spleen, thymus, lymph nodes, and lymphatic vessels. Among this spleen is considered to be the largest single mass of lymphatic tissue in the body. Upper left part of the abdomen where the spleen is located and under the rib cage. The spleen helps to protect the body from clearing the destroyed red blood cells, and also helps to fight against infections.so, the correct answer is option B.
