In which part of small intestine iron is absorbed. Please specify whether it is duodenum, jejunum or ileum?

Hi,Kartik,
Jejenum is the part absorbing the iron.
Iron is absorbed along with some other protein called Transferrin
Rest of all minerals(Ca,Zn,Mg,Mn,P,Na,Cl,Cuetc.,) are absorbed in jejenum large intestine along with water.

Deodenum-transports food from stomach $\rightarrow$ Jejenum
Jejenum- transport food from small intestine $\rightarrow$ Large intestine
