The main function of the Henle's loop is to absorb water from the tubular lumen, thus making the urine concentrated. If loop of Henle becomes absent then the urine becomes more dilute.

If henle`s loop is absent then urine will be diluted and urine will be more in volume without ions whereas the main function of henle`s loop is to concentre the urine with absorbing ions and some amount of water which are taken into the body

Mammals(e.g..humans)are mostly terrestrial animals. Now let's think of only terrestrial mammals. These terrestrial mammals need to conserve water and pass concentrated urine. The loop of henle enables them to do so. Without the loop of henle they will produce diluted urine which might result in dehydration.

If the Henle’s loop is absent in the nephron of the
kidney of any mammals the urine will be in more volume
because absorption of water is the main function of the henle loop so
the urine will be so dilute
