Dear student
Proton, cathode rays, and electrons are all charged particles and waves. Their path is influenced by the presence of electrical field.
A neutron is a chargeless particle,i.e, it has neither a positive charge nor a negative charge. It contains only Mass. Hence it can't get deflected when passed through electrical field.
Electron has heigher mass , so, it wil deflect more.
Hope this help
