After copulation process 2-3 millions of sperms are released into female reproductive system.
The sperms reaches the fallopian tube after 24-72 hours and during this period all sperms swim in fluid and travel through the parts vagina ⇒cervix ⇒ uterus and finally to fallopian tube, where they fertilise with ova.
During the swimming proces across the system
1.Majority of sprems losses energy and perishes,
2.Many are lysed (killed) by female system considering sperms as foreign (Germs),
3.Some looses the path
Finally only1-7 reaches the starting part of fallopian tube, with in these some are killed again and hardly 1-2 sperms reaches to the ova.
Among the two the fast swimming sperm finally binds to ova and fertilisation is completed in the mother.519-702_images.jpg

@ Yashi …
After the sexual intercourse more than 1 million sperms enter which live for about 24 hrs . All these sperms through the vagina , cervix they reach the fallopin tube and fertilise in the presence of ova . During the journey to the fallopin tube many of them die and only at last some 1 or 2 reaches . Among the two , which goes faster combines with the ova and fertilise and if both of them reaches the same time , leads to twins ….
Hope you are satisfied ….….. !!!!!!
