During Oogenesis the first polar body is produced when a mature primary oocyte changes into secondary oocyte The first polar body produced again divides further to produce two polar bodies. when secondary oocyte transforms into mature ovum another polar body is produced, making a total of 3 polar bodies during oogenesis.So the correct answer is '3'.
