How fertilization of single sperms with egg is ensured ?

Hai Yashi,
After the binding of one sperm with one ova,
some chemicals are released which does not allow the remaining sperms to bind with ova again.
By the time the fertilisation begins in fallopian tube several sperms dies(Perishes).
