First fats are taken by us .The fat is a type of complex food to make complex food simple our adds some of the juices to make it simple .the food that we take first goes into mouth than stomach than small intestine by the process of emulsification larger fats are converted into smaller fats than they smaller fats are converted into simple by the help of pancreatic lypase and finally the fats turn into glycerol and fatty acid
