The Harderian gland is a gland found within the eye's orbit that occurs in tetrapods (reptiles, amphibians, birds and mammals) that possess a nictitating membrane.

hence earthworm is correct answer

Frog is the correct answer because frog is an amphibian and possesses nictitating membrane in it's eye's orbit. Earthworm is an annelid so it doesn't have eyes. Man being a mammal doesn't have nictitating membrane. Rabbit has nictitating membrane but the harderian glands aren't as useful and developed as in frog because frog lives on both land and water due to which it requires harderian glands for clearer picture
