Fasciola (platyhelminthes) has blind sac body plan . Then why does it have excretory pore?shouldn't it use mouth for both ingestion and excretion

No faciola uses its mouth for both ingestion and egestion{remmoving undigested waste material out of body} but tye excretion {removing unwanted harmful byproducts formed inthe b9dy due to metabolic reactions } is done by FLAME CELLS and is removed through excretory pore.Please upvote if the answer is helpful!!!
