Pancreatic juice has variety of digestive enzymes along with bicabonate ions which make the pancreatic juice alkaline. This helps to neutralize the acidic chyme coming from stomach.It has pancreatic amylase which digests complex polysaccharide to disaccharides. Lipase enzyme digests the fat completely and the protein digesting enzymes like trypsin, chymotrypsin and carboxypeptidase.
