Anautosomal recessive trait means two copies of that gene must be present in order for the disease or trait to develop. The reproductive cells have both autosomes and sex chromosomes. If the muttation occurs in autosomal chromosomes in germ cells then it will be inherited by offsprings.
Somatic mutation can occur in any of the body cells except the germ cells( the sperm and eggs) and therefore are not passsed on to progeny.

So I hope you have got the difference between somatic and autosomal reccesive mutation. Even the germ cells have 44 autosomes. Any of the autosome if has a recessive mutation it will not be called as somatic mutation.
