Dear student
Exonucleases are enzymes that cleave DNA sequences in a polynucleotide chain from either the 5' or 3' end one at a time. Endonucleases cleave the nucleotide sequence from the middle.

Exonucleases are nuclease which cut off nucleotides from 5 or 3 ends of DNA molecule.
Endonucleases are nucleases which cleave DNA duplex at any point except the ends. Leading to blunt or sticky ends.
