The different types of non - mendelian inheritance are:
Co-dominance - when two or more alleles are expressed together then this is known as co-dominance. For example in blood group of human beings, A,B and O alleles express each other simultaneously and thus we have A,B and O blood groups.
Incomplete dominance : When two alleles are not expressed fully, for example in snapdragon one can find white, red and pink flowers.
Pleiotropy : when one gene affects two or more traits or characteristics for example in phenylketonuria
Polygenic inheritance : when two or more alleles control a single trait. For eg skin colour
Chromosomal aberrations : generic disorders because of improper meiosis or mitosis.
