It is by the action of renin which coagulates milk into curd. This is the best answer for your question.

Curdling of milk in small intestine isdue to the presence of chymotrypsin. In babies curdling of milk occurs in stomach due to the presence of enzyme renin but in adults curdling occurs in small intestine bychymotrypsin enzyme which coagulate milk protein casein into curd.

Curdling of milk in stomach is  due to the action of chymotrypsin. It is not rennin because rennin enzymes is absent in human adults. Its present in some amount in infants only.
