opyion 1. Enzyme rennin present in gastric secretions is responsible for coagulation of milk. It can coagulate10^{7}times to that of its own weight of milk in 10 minutes at 37 degrees celcius.

Curdling in stomach is due to rennin(only in new-borns)
But in small intestine it’s due to chymotrypsin(in adults) Infact, curdling doesn’t occur in small intestine of babies as all the milk coagulates in stomach(rennin) and there is no use of chymotrypsin.

Rennin-It is a proteolytic enzyme found in gastric juice of infants which helps in the digestion of milk protein
