The most significant cause of biodiversity loss is (4) destruction of habitat.
Habitat is a place where the living beings, i.e. plants and animals live. If their place of living is destroyed there will be loss of biodiversity.
Among the other options global warming, human interference and biomagnification all are causes of habitat destruction. Thaey all contribute to habitat loss which ultimately lead to biodiversity loss.
