In your paragraph the drug is spreading from one tropic level to other through food chain.
So we call it as BIo magnification (spreading/Increasing its area of availability).
Ans1:Bio magnification
Ans2:Organic manure usage;Organic farming;Biological control
Ans3:Non chemical pesticides and herbicides usage is the best method to control Bioagnification.
Biological control: usage of prey and predator relation in stopping the worms and the vectors.
