Action Potential is generated in Motor Neurons.
Action Potential is generated due to stimulus and responses.

Near the Neuro Muscular Junction it releases Neuro transmitters and causes Sarcoplasmic reticullum (endoplasmic reticulum) to release calcium ions causing Contraction in muscle fibers Myosin and actin.
