Dear student
I think the ans should be A .
Al(OH)3 is amphoteric in nature, and so it dissolves in NaOH solution forming sodium aluminate. The unreacted Fe(OH)3 can be removed by filtration.
The filtrate containing sodium aluminate is neutralised with HCl, and then treated with aqueous ammonia (NH4OH) when Al(OH)3 will be again precipitated.
So, A would be the coice .
