Correct answer is c) A & B
Allele of Blood Group A = IAIB and
Allele of Blood group O = IOIO
when we cross them we found two allele IAIO , IBIO
which means there is only two blood group possible.

The correct answer is (3) A and B.

Parental alleles:
Father: IAIB
Mother: ii
Progenies: IAi and IBi

Allele IA and IB are dominant over i. Therefore in progenies IAi and IBi , IA and IB will express giving rise to A and B blood group.
