Optical density id directly proportional to Refractive index 
By snells law 
n1sinQ1 = n2SinQ2 
n2 = 2n1 
SinQ1 / SinQ2 = 2
SinQ1 = 2SinQ2 
It will be the relation b/n incidence and refracted angle .
