What does equal deviation in opposite direction mean???

Dear Student, The word deviation means the change in position/value from the reference one. There “Equal deviation in opposite direction means” the equal change in position/value from the reference one. For E.g.:- 3 and 7 are equally deviated and in opposite direction from the 5. Thanks.
