I was unable to attach a file here so I am just explaining how to doThe image made by the lens will be at 3f Frome the pole. This image will be shifted by the slab left at f/2Using shift= 3f/2(1- 1/u) here u is 3/2The distance of glass slab from pole of lens will be 3f/2 .Therefore for finding final image from F23f/2 - f/2 + f/2
