Like in a sound wave the air particles are oscillating or in wave motion to transfer sound energy what is that particle in light wave which are in wave motion to transfer light energy ?

The nature of the two waves are different. As we already know that light DOES NOT need a material medium to travel. These are just oscillating electric and magnetic fields. For example, when we have a charged particle, the electric field due to it extends to infinite distance from it. It does not need a medium to travel. It just propagates by itself.
