For particular velocity, reaching the speed from acceleration will be 5 times the period it would take to decelerate back to zero.
So by basic fractions we take 5/6 of the time it is accelerating and 1/6 of the time it is decelerating.using newtons laws of motion
2km = (1/2) (20cm/s^2)(5/6 t)^2 + (1/2) (100cm/s^2)(1/6 t)^2
2km = 6.9444cm/s^2 t^2 + 1.38889cm/s^2 t^2
2km = 8.3333cm/s^2 t^2
t^2 = 24000s^2
t = 155s
