why do a graph drawn by taking angle of incidence and angle of deviation on both axis gives a curve i.e,first it increases then it decreases and the it increases?

Because for each angle of incidence we have a different angle for deviation. "provided if the angle of the prism is small then angle of incidence has no effect on deviation".
