Are light particles deviated by dirt particles present in air. In case the answer is yes then it contradicts the fact that light travels in straight line.

you cant say exactly deviation. they are scattered( also a deviation) by the corresponding sized particles.
this is reason we see blue colour and light in a bit dark room even the light is outside the room
travelling in straight lines does not mean that light will go through particle. its free motion is straight path. one collision to next one it goes straight.
