If a piece of paper is placed at the position of a virtual image of a strong light source, will the paper burn after sufficient time? What happens if the image is real? What happens if image is real but source is virtual?

Paper burns only when actual rays of light , intense enough , fall on it . Virtual images or objects are just a perception of brain and light never actually converge at those points so no paper will burn when placed at that point .
