i want sign conversion in wave optics?

Dear anil ,

i guess you are asking the sign convention and not sign convention and that too in ray optics.

1. Take distances measured along the propagation of ray to be +ve, otherwise negative.

2. measure distances above principal ray to be +ve otherwise negative.

and remember in calculation of magnification use  quantities with proper signs.
