when a vibrating system or external force drives another system to oscillate with greater amplitude at a specific preferential frequency. the condition is called as resonance .
IT COMES FROM THE LATIN WORD RESOUND .
U CAN RELATE IT LIKE THIS -when one object vibrating with the same natural frequency of the second object . that set the second object into vibrational motion .
