Time period T = 2\prod(l/g)1/2
When pendulum is in lift Tehe upward acceleration effectively adds to the gravitational acceleration.
So New time period
T’ = 2\prod[l/(g+g)]1/2 = T/(2)1/2
Hope it clears.
