Answere is 1 option in general equation Asin(omegat +phi) put the displacement equal to Aby2 and t equal to zero you will get your phi and the required equation i:e 1

At t =0 initial position of particle is at  X = A/2. which is only statsified by option (1).
So correct option is (1).

Its given in the question that it travelled a distance of A/2 at time t=0.As we know x=A sin(ωt + Φ)By substituting the above valuesWe get A/2 = A sin(ωt +Φ) 1/2= sin (ωt +Φ)Sin π/6= sin (ωt + Φ)π/6= ω*0 +ΦΦ=π/6.Therefore option 1 fits the above results .Hope this helped .
