I think something is wrong in the question...
Frequency is only given...
I think the if the length of the string is given...then it is easier to solve  this question...

Yeah I think so... actually i saw this question two to three times in books but cant solve because data is not compelete then i thought may be this question is solved by some tricks thats why i asked...
