Displacement,y=10Sin(6t + \pi/3)            -----eq.(1)
To get initial displacement,put t=0.
=> y=10Sin(\pi/3)=\small 5\small \sqrt{3}m
Differentiating eq.(1),
Velocity,v=60Cos(6t + \pi/3)
To get initial velocity,put t=0 in the above equation.
=> v=60Cos(\pi/3)=30m/s.
