Displacement,y=10Sin(6t + $\pi$ /3) -----eq.(1)

To get initial displacement,put t=0.

=> y=10Sin( $\pi$ /3)= $\small 5$ $\small \sqrt{3}$ m

Differentiating eq.(1),

Velocity,v=60Cos(6t + $\pi$ /3)

To get initial velocity,put t=0 in the above equation.

=> v=60Cos( $\pi$ /3)=30m/s.
