The resonance tube is an example of pipe closed at one end , for second harmonic the length of wave is given by 3lambda/4. Thus as l=75 cm , then the wavelength is given by (lambda) = 4L/3 , On solving this it gives as100 cm

Resonance tube works like closed organ pipe second harmonic i.e 3 lamba/4 = 75 solve this and you will get your answer

Second harmonic of resonance tube is given by 3\lambda/4
So 3\lambda/4 = 75cm
So wavelength \lambda = 100 cm.
Hope it clears.
