If a watch with a wound spring is taken to the moon then it runs slowly.
As at the moon the gravity would be reduced by one sixth and therefore the Time period would change correspondingly.

attitude clear that won`t spring washer stores energy in the form of a spring energy and its kinetic energy to the parts which moving it have nothing to do with the gravity so time will not lead or lag with respect to that

It's clear that wound spring watch stores energy in the form of a spring energy and gives kinetic energy to the parts, it have nothing to do with the gravity so time will not lead or lag with respect to the earth.
