In steady state current through a capacitor is always 0 hence the only citcuit to be cisidered comprises of two resistance 2 and 3 ohm in parallel+ one resistance of 2.8 ohm in series ,hence net resistance in steady state is4 ohm. Hence current is =v/i= 6/4=1.5 ampere. Please fo approve my answer if correct
