Speed of a sound in a medium depends upon the specific heat ratio of the gases in the medium and the temperature.
As both hydrogen and oxygen are diatomic in nature, there will be no change in the specific heat ratio. And nothing is given with regard to temperature , so we assume the temperature to be the same.So ratio of speed of sound in mixture to that in hydrogen will be 1:1.
