Angular frequency = π/4The kinetic energy is max at mean position and potential energy is max at extream position. So both will be half when it is going from mean position to extream position at the mid-way of the journey of particle.As time required for going from mean to extream position is 2 sec, the mid-way of this is the position at t = 1 sec. So the ans is 1 sec
